my current food obsession for my midmorning snack — a blueberry almond butter smoothie — made with a handful of frozen blueberries, about a tablespoon of almond butter, half a frozen banana, almond milk, and some silken tofu for protein.  tastes SO ridiculously indulgent; give this combo a try if you haven’t.

exactly how I feel.

YES. I was actually thinking the other day about this. I work at a bakery/tearooms, and the bread we sell has an expiry date within the week it was made. Then you go to the supermarket and buy a packet of bread and it lasts for about 3x as long as that. It’s disgusting what they must put in it to make it keep that long. Also, my mother grows nearly every vegetable available. And of course a big one is tomatoes, so she gets millions. And she makes it into tomato sauce. And it is so delicious, way better then brought sauce. And do easy to make!
